We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within a day. Most orders are dispatched within few hours. The delivery time for nationwide delivery in Pakistan is 3-4 working days.
All custom products such as top covers, steering wheels, other interior accessories, paddle shifter replacements and cover and other custom parts have a 20 working days production period and delivery of 4-5 days after production.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 days from delivery of the item, or we will not be able to process the refund.
If your refund or replacement has been approved and want to ship the products back to us, Follow these steps:
- Pack the product in the original packaging in which it came, with the order receipt that came with it.
- Go to your nearest call courier branch and send it to the following address:

- If you have a return, it will take 3 days to process refund after the product has been received back.
- If there is a replacement, it will take 3-4 days after product is received.
Products will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless the product is damaged, defective, or is within the 3 day order period.
We will not accept damage for incorrectly installed products OR damage caused by the fitter unless it is fitted by The Carology Team.
