We offer a 100% 7 day return policy on all non customized items that are damaged or defective.

Any customized work which was made to order, like steering wheels, Top covers, etc. are only eligible for a refund up to 3 days after the initial order.

    • You have the option to receive the correct product as a replacement for the wrongly sent item.

    • In instances where the correct product is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount.
  3. Procedure for Replacement or Refund:

    • Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the incorrect product.
    • Provide your order number, details of the incorrect item received, and any supporting documentation or images if required.
  4. Return of Incorrect Product:

    • Depending on the situation, we might request the return of the wrongly sent item. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, if necessary.
  5. Conditions for Replacement or Refund:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  6. Timelines:

    • We aim to process replacements or refunds within 7 days upon verification of the issue.
